Bad english ahead.
Hy.I been having this problem 1 or 2 months now and its really frustrating this problem only comes up in Battlefield 1-3-4 even in 5 alpha+ warframe in other games like dying light, just cause 3 PUBG everything is fine. So my problem is when i start up my comp and straight up going for play games (battlefield 1-3-4-5,Warframe ) i have no problem everything is fine at the start but my fps slowly goes down+my gpu usage and really stuttery but if i open up (dying light, just cause 3 PUBG )everything is good. The only solution for this is restart my computer, if i dont go play games after i restart my comp or turn on for example i browse the net or watch a movie and when i open one of those games the performance is really bad. Already looked up Nvida setting, downgrade drivers + update drivers, changed power setting, OC-ing, temps around 60 °C ,nothing helps and this is really strange.Windows 10 1803 problem was there before i updated windows earlier this month.
I5-6600K, GTX 1060 3gb, 16gb ddr4 3000mhz, z170 msi tomahawk, corsair vs650, 1tb WD blue.

Double check your CPU temps and make sure your CPU isn't throttling or downclocking.
