When does it (or what causes it) buffer? Does it Blue screen? Have you updated windows recently? Have you updated any drivers? (Nvidia, etc) Have you checked Task manager to see if there is a spike in GPU, CPU or disk usage?

Fine you want the PSU tier list? Have the PSU tier list: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1116640-psu-tier-list-40-rev-103/

What do you call "Low" Fps?

I almost have had the same build as you, Minus I had 16Gb of ram When I had my 1050ti.

But, The 1050 really lacks when playing higher end games, I also would get below 60FPS in most games, Plus you have only 8gb of ram that could effect FPS alot.

I have no idea whats the reason for buffering. It doesn't blue screen. When I open task manager it shows me what it should(normal cpu usage). No big spikes

Woops. Wrote without thinking too much. I get 150 fps in csgo and I now that's a lot but it keeps buffering and gives you the inpression like youre plating with 20 fps. Plus it keeps shifting from 100 to 200. I would prefer to play with 60fps all the time constant than this
