I just built this PC like 1 week ago and the freezing started a little after i built it and has been freezing more and more often ever since i built it

That sounds like either an incorrectly-seated CPU and/or RAM to me. Can you access the UEFI/BIOS?

If you can access BIOS, I'd suggest manually setting the CPU voltage to 1.25V and then seeing if anything changes.

if you can access bios check for multicore enchancment or something similar sounding and turn it off and try, one other troubleshooting method is trying to boot up with one stick of ram in multiple ram ports

Okay ill update bios, and ill try the cpu thing after and then this

I updated my bios and everything seems fine right now
