internet says no booting

so ive been using these pre-build desktop for 2 years no going for 3 years

and now its acting strange like " whole system freeze in middle of the game" and "peripherals not working" and the power button shows blinking yellow and cant boot it even if i unplug and plug everything back again sometimes work

I look some in the internet and youtube but cant find one specific for this one 

hope anyone can help me?

Probably overheating.  You should look up the troubleshooting page for that PC on the manufacturers website.

The manual says it has a liquid cooler, that has probably failed or is plugged up with corrosion.
