Computer won't boot

So my computer wont boot up. The LED's come on and i see the case fans try to spin and my cooler lights try to come on but it doesn't boot. Not sure what trouble shooting steps I should start with

 

z370 motherboard

8700k

16gb of ram

Evga gtx 1080

Evga 600w power supply

Is there a click coming from the PSU when it tries to boot? If so, that points to a dead CPU and/or motherboard.

 

Try removing the GPU and all but one RAM stick. Test your RAM, every stick in every slot individually.

So there are no clicks coming from the PSU should I still try removing you and ram

Ok so i did that and the led on my cooler started to flicker quite a bit and the all the fans tried to spin

Yes no GPU and only one stick of Ram

So after talking to some of my friends they had my try to jump my power supply and nothing happened so we are pretty sure the my PSU gave out
