This is the third time its happened in the past year, I don't know what caused this but it is really loud and happens out of the middle of nowhere, it is like my headphones are trying to jumpscare me... Anyone know the cause or what it is?

I think the audio on the sound is a little delayed cause I reacted right when it happened and took off my headphones.

It sounds (heh) like there was a delay in the video/audio syncing with the server (IOW, network lag spike) and the game was going off the last data it had and couldn't sync it up.
