Pc not booting windows

I recently built a pc, I got one of the windows 10 packages from a best buy. I put it into my computer. When I turn the computer on sometimes it just shuts off right away, or right after i select my boot device. I have gotten into the "installing" part once or twice but the computer shuts off randomly. Any ideas as to whats going on? Or what I should do?

Make sure the boot priority on your bios is correct

what should the boot priority be?

make sure you have your SSD or HDD that youre installing windows to selected as the boot drive

i got to the windows set up part. It got as far as "copying files" then shut off

now it wont even turn on. the fans spin up then it imediatelly shuts off

You have hardware issue. Might be just loose connection or bad part. First check that all cables are tight and there's nothing that could short-circuit motherboard.
