A friend of mine recently asked me to recommend parts for his pc. The budget is 1,30000 INR which roughly is 2000$ US. Any recommendations?

Don't go Ryzen. Ignore all the ryzen fanboys who ignore the 1% low fps drops .

I normally don't use 80+ Platinum psu, but this one actually had the best pricing for what was needed.

The whole build is good but the price of most of the stuff is without the import costs and believe me it goes way beyond the limits.

Must one add "import costs" to purchases made from Amazon.in? You may want to price it from other merchants. in.pcpartpicker.com only has the one merchant.

 

If you need to cut costs you might consider going with an i7-8700 on a B360 or H370 motherboard..
