What do you need 32GB's of RAM for? and you don't need a 1000W PSU for this build.

get a 750W PSU if you plan to do SLI or 550w if you don't, and unless you're gonna do video editing/renering 32gb is overkill. use the money on a better mobo instead.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

Not this PSU (1kw really?) and wayyyyyyyyy to much RAM. Also seems you did not include an SSD, which is quite important speedwise (I would recommend a 500GB 860EVO instead of all that RAM) . Also, I would revise the cooler choice. At last, get a Asus Z370 Prime A mobo instead of that MSI board.

OP,

When you say you don't really know anything about PC's, it's better to say you want your PC to do XXX rather than list items you want to get since you really don;t know why you want them :)

So, what is you want your system to do for you? Play games?  If so, what ones?  Stream?  Audio/video editing?  Monitor size, expected FPS?

Please use PCPartPicker ...

PCPartPicker part list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/F67MFt
Price breakdown by merchant: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/F67MFt/by_merchant/

CPU: Intel - Core i7-8700K 3.7GHz 6-Core Processor  ($339.99 @ Amazon) - Good choice; the best gaming CPU on the market today.
CPU Cooler: Corsair - H115i PRO 55.4 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler  ($129.99 @ Newegg) - I use this cooler and I can say it's great. Well performing, quiet and beautiful
Motherboard: Asus - Prime Z370-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($159.99 @ Amazon) - I have this board in my PC and it's great. Handles 5 GhZ great.
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory  ($185.88 @ OutletPC) - You really don't need 32 GB of RAM, 16GB is enough and if you actually need 32 you can always upgrade later
Storage: Samsung - 860 Evo 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($118.88 @ OutletPC) - Anything with a budget of more than $400 needs an SSD and this is the best SATA SSD on the market.
Storage: Seagate - Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($58.87 @ OutletPC) - Functional HDD
Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1070 Ti 8GB SC GAMING ACX 3.0 Black Edition Video Card  ($469.99 @ Amazon) - The 1070 Ti performs pretty much the same as a 1080 for less money so why bother with the 1080 at all?

Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($69.99 @ B&H) - 1kW is really overkill for this build. 550w or 650w is more than enough

Well can you tell us what you plan to do first? Gaming, Editing, Content Creation, etc, since there may be more appropriate components for your needs.

To be perfectly honest, your build is too.. how to say it... Enthusiastic, especially for somebody who, as you said it "don't really know anything about computers". What I mean is that your build suggests overclocking which is not that useful if you plan to play video games only. For this purpose I would recommend less ram, cheaper CPU, no additional cpu cooler and cheaper psu and put that money towards a stronger graphics card. That way you will be getting the FPS you would otherwise get if you overclock the parts you chose, without the hassle of overclocking and the additional costs of electricity.

Just tell us what you plan to use your computer for and if it's gaming, what FPS are you are trying to reach and if you have the monitor to actually see the FPS.

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600, MOBO: MSI Tomahawk B450, RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB 3000 (2x8 GB), GPU: MSI RTX 2080 Gaming-X Trio, CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U12S, PSU: Corsair RM 650, HDD: WD Blue 1TB, SSD: Samsung 860 ECO 500GB, CASE: Fractal Design Meshify C
