Overclocking Help i7 950

Hey Gang

I think I might be having a few issues with a system I decided to overclock after having run at stock setting for 3 year (LOL).
The Temps on the CPU are kind of worrying me as the idle temps are 48-50 and when I run prime95 the CPU temps BOLTS up to 90+ in less than 2 mins and I stop the test at that point. (I'm scared I'll Kill the CPU )
I wanted to get some feedback on if these setting are good or can I improve the temps by making a few adjustments.


Here are my specs and OC settings, I hope I've included all the neccessary info.

 

i7 950 @ 3.02 (4.01 overclocked)

Hi, I'm running my 920, which is a very similar chip to yours, at 3.8 GHz.

My BCLK is 180, voltage 1.3 something

 

Idle temp: 47-50 C
Load(prime95, blend test): 75-79 C

 

If I try 4 GHz, I also get 90 C +, but I guess my cooler is much worse than yours (Akasa Nero 3).

I read that Piece when I was doing the overclocking. What i wanted to know more or less is if these setting are fine given the Temps I'm hitting and to tweek them if needed.
