Form past week i'm facing a weird boot issue. at first i just reinserted the ram and the issue was gone and as happened in the past i thought maybe it was the ram after all (ram after all dosen't mean its faulty as you know sometimes its dust i don't mean ram after all as is its faulty)

Next Day, I tried starting up my PC but it wasn't giving me the signal (it was running cold aka no display or beep sound), i was a little bit worried that morning as i just re - seated the ram the last night so there shouldn't be this problem again,

I tried to re-seat the ram again in different slots, but no luck i was not getting any signal from my PC, after a while my mom said just restart the PC while its in NO SIGNAL state,

well i did and it ran,

At first i thought maybe something was loose, or maybe Power Supply was faulty etc

I checked on different forums,

Tried updating the Bios, used different ram slot

After a while i realized i need to turn on the PC and while its in NO SIGNAL state , i need to restart it to make it work

It is a weird issue after all and it dosen't make sense so today, i just turned ON the switch from Power Outlet and didn't pressed the start button for like a min

after that i turned on the PC and voila, it starts normal

What is this, anyone have any knowledge, how i can fix this

IF I'M NOT CLEAR ABOUT THE EXACT PROBLEM ITS I NEED TO TURN ON THE POWER FROM POWER OUTLET AND WAIT A 1 MIN APPROX BEFORE I CAN START THE PC NORMALLY OTHERWISE TURNING ON WITHOUT BEEP / DISPLAY  !!
