Ping extremely high with ethernet cable

My ping suddenly started to go into the 200's today for some reason.

I updated and rolled back and restarted my router and everything and it doesnt work. When i do one of those things it starts by going back down to 20 then jumps back up to 200-300. Idk what to do, all help will be appreciated
