Hello!

I am using a z97 anniversary and i would like to learn some more performance tweaks i can apply to my bios.If you have any tips leave them down below.

The only things I'm aware of that may or will impact the performance of the system are:

  • CPU clock settings
  • Memory clock settings and timing (well, it helps in benchmarks but I haven't see faster memory improve practical performance for most other things)
  • SATA drives set to ACHI and not IDE (though this just enables advanced features and may not affect the performance of the drive)

Everything else does not affect the performance of the system after booting. During booting, some settings may affect how fast the system boots up, like making sure the Windows drive is the first on the boot list, disabling peripherals you're not using so that the system doesn't have to initialize them, etc. But none of these actually affect performance after boot.

@M.Yurizaki

I have ACHI  mod on.About the CPU settings now.I have disabled the C-States from bios.

There's no point in disabling C-States unless you're doing extreme overclocking.
