well you are wrong, I have the exact same config and it works.

I got the height (using napkin math) that the PNY Anarchy RAM has a height of ~ 38mm; however, I'd use 40mm as a baseline for CPU compatibility since my math may be a bit off. Most CPU coolers will list the RAM height that they support.

From what I've found (source here and Here), The Dark Rock Pro 3's CPU clearance is ~44mm. Your RAM should fit, but it'll be close.
