I'm gonna buy this CMK8GX4M1A2400C16 (16-16-16-39)

But only this is in my motherboard's QVL CMK8GX4M1A2400C14 (14-16-16-31)

Only CL values seems diffrent, and timings. Is it enough close of a referance to trust? Because the current RAM I'm using giving me issues and it's not in my mobo's QVL list aand the list is too picky, that's why I'm picking from it.

They're gonna be practically the same. Should work interchangeably. 16-16-16-39 to 14-16-16-31 is going to be no difference in real world use.

Fine you want the PSU tier list? Have the PSU tier list: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1116640-psu-tier-list-40-rev-103/

Not the real world use, Ryzen is horrible with RAM compatiblity. I have this F4-3000C15S-8GVRB and it gives so many memory related errors even at 2133MHz.

Didn't realize you were buying Ryzen...

If you can, just buy the one on the QVL list. Ryzen memory is the pickiest compatibility issue I've seen in a while.
