Pls anyone help me

Hello everyone today when i turned my pc on it was not turning on. It comes to the windows logo it shows please wait and then nothing but a black screen is appearing. I don't know what to do pls anyone help me. Please help me fast

I had this problem too! I know how to fix it. You can fix it by letting your computer run for 10 - 20 mins then flicking it off at the wall and... Turn it back on SUPER quickly and rebooting. Worked for me! Otherways what is the type of computer?

I am running i3 - 7100 

Asus B150 motherboard pro gaming 

8 gb of hyper x ram

Gt 730 2gb 

1 tb hard disk

I tried reset option but it is showing problem that unlock the drive and try again

And i forgot to tell that early in day it was working fine and I was in a hurry so i directly switched off it without shutting it down can it also affect anything?

That's your problem. Next time just turn off your monitor and leave. You busted either your  hard drive or power supply. Sorry to break the news,

Power supply is ok because it is turning on fans and other things maybe hard drive got busted

OP, try and use the hard drive in another system or drive bay if you have one. I doubt that the drive is busted. Try clearing your CMOS.

@Charan_singh Try first to reset your BIOS or a.k.a. clearing CMOS. The easiest way is to reseat the CMOS battery.

Start by making sure your computer is unplugged. Next, open up your computer's case. Finally, remove the CMOS battery for a few minutes and then put it back in. Close the case and then plug the PC back the in.

By disconnecting and then reconnecting the CMOS battery, you remove the source of power that saves your computer's BIOS settings, resetting them to default.

My hard drive is fine because it is showing in bios settings but still can't access it. Thanks for answering.

Thanks for the answer i will try doing that let you know that if it worked or not

Thank you everyone for helping me. In the end i just  changed some settings in bios and re installed window into my hard drive. It was showing that there is no operating system on hard disk that's why it was not turning on. Thanks again for helping me.
