I've been trying to find a tablet that could last at least a day with video streaming and games.

My previous tablet died on me last week, it was a "Pipo W3F" a windows/android tablet. I've been using it for video streaming and some very light windows games (Like Warcraft III) and I actually liked that tablet, but it doesn't last that long.

I would love to receive some guidance in buying a new tablet that would perfectly suit my needs.

P.S. : My younger brother (12 y.o.) uses my tablet from time to time.

What's your budget? You can find some pretty decent tablets on AlieExpress for less than $100.

I once bought a small Windows tablet for $90 with an atom and 1GB of ram. Came with Windows 10. Disabled some apps that I didn't need and ran it in tablet mode. Worked perfectly.
