Also, check in "msconfig" (run command), if you have a check box "maximum memory" active (it's in advanced settings, under "Boot" tab). It has to be greyed-iout.
If it's not, uncheck, save changes, and restart your PC.

Do i have to use maximum memory or uncheck it?

Why would you want to limit maximum memory ? (uncheck)
