Strange Windows 10 Issue please help

Hi guys, i need some help regarding some minor (but very annoying) issues in windows 10 :

Whenever i right click on an icon on the taskbar, the menu would continue going up & looping

Same thing happens in Windows Settings Some times happens also on the Photos software, some pictures would continue zooming in and out really fast

I've tried unplugging the Mouse & Keyboard, so none of them causes this

You have a software that send the "up" key press.

Go and Safe Mode of Windows (Start > Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Advanced startup > Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart), or UEFI/BIOS and you'll see that your problem is gone.

 

Now the question is why you have a software having fun sending a key press down contentiously, that is for you to check. Check your keyboard/mouse drivers software (uninstall them), check for malware installed on the system, unplug ALL USB plugs, look at your startup programs, look at your Task Scheduler

I don't think that a software is sending the up key since it doesn't scroll up on pages / Microsoft Word / while reading a pdf, but i'll try what you mentionned it's worth the try

UPDATE :

I've tried :

- Uninstalling Mouse & Keyboard, didn't work
- Booting into Safe mode => Worked, the problem doesn't happen in safe mode

PS : i can't use menu settings with this problem, which is quite annoying

Found the solution, turns out my PS3 controller ( connected via SCP driver ) was in a weird position, never suspected the analog to be able to control windows menus x_x that's weird
