so i installed android X86 using the .rpm package on Fedora. 

 

the issue is that when i select it in the grub menu, i get "error: no such device" 

 

it works fine with the qemu-android command in terminal. 

 

how can i solve this?

if you go to the download page, there is the android 7.1 folder. the last item in that list is the package i used.
