cannot update GPU drivers

I have a freshly built pc (first pc built) with a zotac gtx 1060 6gb and I could not update the drivers at all for some reason with this new computer build.

The installation issues first started when I tried to install the first driver for the new gpu. I couldn't get the drivers from Zotac's website to work so then I went to nvidias and that too did not work. I have then tried to install it via usb with the same results,forcing me to use the CD included with the box which worked,but the driver was outdated. Any attempt to install an update to the driver did not work. I have tried downloading it via nvidia's website and the installer shows a 7zip CRC error,even after multiple tries. Ge force experience showed that the download was an error even after multiple tries.

 

Anyone have a solution?

Use Driver Easy. You might have to pay for it to use It's update features though. Or you know, do the thing everyone else does.

What happens when you install Nvidia GeForce Experience?  Exactly?  Screenshot?

Update: Apparently shit hit the fan with my pc. It progressively got worse from minor corruptions to programs crashing. Tried every diagnostic I could sfc,chkdsk,dism. Now any attempt to even reinstall windows is a failure with critical files being corrupted. Its either the mobo,hdd or the cpu. I suspect the hdd but anyone know what I can do?

Transfer your personal files from the current hdd to a new HDD. Download Windows 10 or whatever version onto a usb to boot and install onto the new HDD. You don' need to activate it, as you're just testing. Update what you need to including your GPU driver. Then test. Things still not working? Then you know it's not the HDD or Windows....

found the problem out some time ago that it was the motherboard being extremely unstable. I tried to reinstall windows after that ,but the board wouldn't even let me boot into the usb due to corrupted files no matter how many usbs or dvd-rws I used. Even with the hard drive's file system destroyed by deleting the first mb and even while it was disconnected.
