Help regarding my gaming pc

I am trying to build a gaming pc for the first-time ever and I need help as I was planning to get a Intel i5-8600k so that I can overclock it when I would has enough money. But now I want a good or best motherboard and ram as I would be

able to afford them now. I will also ask for good psu,case,GPU etc. Afterwards in other forms

My budget is about  $1500 to $1300.I don't have any part but I have a good moniter and gaming mouse and keyboard. Location:Asia
