Hello my PC Friends,

my PC is freezing completely when im Gaming (mostly on Rainbow Six: Siege). Theres just a Noise to be heard when it crashes: a rapidly repeating loud sound from my Headset. I looked for the Windows Crash Log but there is nothing there.

My Rig:
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VIII Hero
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K

RAM: 16GB (2x 8192MB) Corsair Vengeance LPX schwarz DDR4-2400 DIMM CL14-16-16-31 Dual Kit

GPU: 6GB Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 Ti Gaming G1
PSU: Corsair AXi Series AX860i Modular 80+ Platinum
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15S Tower Kühler
SSD: 960GB SanDisk Ultra II 2.5 for Games n Stuff and 120GB SanDisk Ultra II for Windows and Programms
Case: Fractal Design Define R5 with 2x Intake and 1xExhaust 140x140x25mm be quiet! Silent Wings 2 1000 U/min
OS: Win 10

What i already tested:

-Changed the Harddrive for Windows and installed it again just to have a clean start.

- Installed the latest Drivers for everything

- MEMTEST86 was successful and detected nothing
- 2h Stress Testing: CPU/FPU/Cache/System Memory/local disks and the GPU each
- 1h Stress Test for everything at once (both Stress Test were made with AIDA64)

Nothing crashed my PC

Do you have any Ideas what it could be? I am very grateful for every suggestion.

Thanks in advance. =)
(I'm sorry for my kinda bad English i'm German.)

Ive been having this same problem man. If you actually look through these forms theirs a lot oof people having this problem since the windows update.  I still have the problem, but try going back to older video drivers and see if that helps.

If you're running an overclock on that 6700K or on your memory, maybe try increasing the voltage. My computer used to freeze often when playing games, just like yours, until I decided to increase the voltage on my seemingly stable overclock. Now my temps are higher, mind you, but I haven't had a freeze ever since.
