Ik im thinking about using My current psu cx650 i think it Will be fineFine

board's overpriced, i'd get an MSI SLI plus instead. you don't need the 960 evo, and the 970 evo is already out anyways. just get a crucial MX500/adata SX6000.

PSU is way over capacity. A GTX 1060 system is very comfortable with 450W. Lowest cost option would be a Corsair CX450M or CX450. If one wanted something better and more efficient, a Seasonic Focus (or Focus Plus) 550W or Corsair RMx 550 would be good choices.

If the Samsung 970 Evo is available, it is newer tech and has better performance than the 960.

Consider using the H100i v2 cpu cooler instead of the CM ML240L RGB. One loses a bit of bling, but gets better cooling that can lead to better overclocks.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Cable mod and Corsair have replacement cables. With a CXM psu one would only need extensions for the non-modular cables.
