Sub $250 phones?

What are some good, sub $250, phones in 2018? My main concerns are battery life,  build quality, 3.5mm headphone jack, and usb OTG capabilities. Thanks for the help.

It's been on sale for 230 so just wait for some sale. It is made of aluminum and has a headphone jack. You can go with some Sony phones but I'm not a big fan of them.

If I were you, however, I would suggest waiting a few months. We just had Computex and after that, a metric ton of phones dropping is upon us. I would say to wait until September if you can since some new phones may be announced. And because of that, some older phones will drop in price so you might want to wait unless you are content.
