GTX 780 Founders edition.

Shows image, boots to windows.

When drivers are installed screen goes black.

Does boot to windows safe mode.

Device manager recognizes it as a GTX 780.

Is it dead?

EDIT: Also tried to flash bios on it.

DDU and reinstall nvidia drivers via windows update , not standalone nvidia from nvidia website

The screen should go black a couple times for a few seconds when installing GPU drivers, are you saying that the screen goes black and refuses to show anything after that?

Boot to safe mode, uninstall, and try reinstalling the drivers as normal.

Get the drivers through Windows Update, rather than Nvidia.
