Hello, I bought the game a few days ago and after trying to run the game, it would try and sign me in and produce an error saying

Failed to download configuration files error code "turtle".

I have tried everything that Bungie has suggested: Fresh install, restart, network settings.

I was wondering has anyone got past the issue if they had it?

My specs should be able to play the game but here they are:

GTX 965m

i7 4720HQ

16GB RAM

Quick search and this looks to be a packet loss issue. Are you dropping any packets to the internet?

Open Command prompt and type in ping 4.2.2.2 -n 100 and post the results of this.

If those return 100% good, I also found this article that could help.
