My PC won't boot into windows

I tried to boot up my PC this morning and it just came up with a keyboard layout selection screen, and I just selected US and moved on, then it came up with the photo below. I tired doing the troubleshoot option and doing system restore, that failed, I tried uninstalling updates, that failed, I tried using the startup repair troublshooter, that failed. I replugged in my sata cables and it's still not working, I don't know what to do from here
