So my Titan Black for work is on its last legs and i'm looking for something to replace it with.

I'm looking for a GPU that can Game, Edit Video in Adobe After Effects and Premier, and supports CAD design in Solidworks and Inventor.

My budget is $750

my resolution is 1080p with a refresh rate of 120hz

I was looking at GPUs and the Rx Vega 64 stuck out to me as a good choice for work/gaming at $650

are there are other cards i should be aware of that can perform very well in all categories?

You could look for a used Titan Maxwell or earlier Pascal.

I saw a Titan XP(2016) on my Craigslist listings for 750 USD.

You could also pay attention to this and pay MSRP for an FE 1080Ti when they're back in stock: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/products/10series/geforce-store/

I was looking for a Titan X or Titan P. Unfortunately their FP16 and FP64 performance is reduced and some of my work requires it. i will have to pay attention to the FE 1080 TI though!

Since you're using your system - besides gaming - also for editing and CAD design, I would suggest going for Titan cards.

I'm running Quadro cards in my main computer, but I don't play any games. I only use it for simulations/calculations, CAD and CFD. They turn out great. However, since you also want to game, it might be better to go for Titan cards.
