Try reinstalling your old graphics card, uninstall the graphics driver with Display Driver Uninstaller (download from the internet), put the 1080 back in, and then see if it works.

What PSU?  I ask because I had a PSU that was dying and it would crash with a 1080Ti but not a 1060, due to load.

I wasn' sure til you posted that.  How about we stop pulling teeth and you just list ALL your PC specs.  Brands, amounts, case, all of it.  What card did you put in that works now?

that is whats inside right now,but when i put gtx 1080 it just does not work,my mouse and keyboard dont work and monitor cant detect
