Screen brightness

I don't know if it's an issue with my TV or my PS4 but whenever i play let's say cod ww2. When i snipe i can barely see anything the whole screen goes to maximum overdrive with brightness and i can't see what i am shooting. Same goes with bf1 the only things visible is the reticle and the scope housing.

This may be something on your TV with a setting like dynamic contrast, HDR or dynamic brightness. My LG TV has settings for lots of stuff like this and I always turn it off.
