Black screen Refresh

So it all started when I found out that I couldnt use cortana search function. I looked for solutions and I tried to enter this, c:/windows/system32/ctfmon.exe. 

I then ran that in run cmd and reset my comp to see if it was fixed.

now my comp does this (in video)

Ive tried to reset but it says it was canceled because of something.

some errors ive got are :

0xc06d007e

and

it was found in location 0x00007ffE874E008

Idk what I can do at this point... plz help.
