Desktop Password Manager

Hi everyone (I'm new to the forum, but I've known about it for years)! I've been using some pretty sketchy means of saving my passwords, and I'm looking to get a more secure version. I want something that, effectively, works like Google Smart Lock. The problem is, I'm too lazy for anything more manual (lol), and I don't know the first thing about Password Managers, so I don't know what to trust whatsoever. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Honestly, I could probably create my own. I know enough Visual Basic to do it, but the lazy problem comes back into play. Plus, there's the issue with security. And the Smart Lock thing I mentioned earlier (which I don't know how to do). Thanks!
