Fully Modular Power Supplies?

I have a silverstone ST65F-G in my LAN-rig, it's a solid, stable and quiet psu, but it isn't cheap.

I also own an OCZ ZT650W, wich is also a good psu, but the fan is a little bit loud.

Personally though, i would look for a good semi-modular psu, corair's HX650 for example.

Silverstone and Seaonic both have them. One of the Seasonic ones is a 550w fanless PSU but from memory it's pretty pricey. The Silverstone ones are really good but their cables leave something to be Desiree. Luckily unlike the Seasonic and Corsair cables, the Silverstone ones are pretty easy to sleeve.

Silverstone, as Linus mentioned, has awesome sleeved cables. The new ones from corsar are pretty nice too. I would get anything from seasonic or silverstone, the corsair ones avoid the CX series. Also, I prefer a single 12V rail, but it won't matter too much.

On a side note, anybody have a guide for shrinkless sleeving?

On another side note, do you know if its okay to use those nice silverstone cables on non-silverstone PSUs?

Nope. Silverstone cables only work on Silverstone power supplies.

It may work, but it is not guaranteed and I would not personally try it.

Seasonic X650W is what I'm running in my system. It was also rather easy to sleeve considering that I'm a newbie.

Or there's the sleeved cable kit.

What for Corsair? It's cheaper to sleeve them yourself then pay for a Corsair kit..

I would go for the SeaSonic X Series X650 Gold (SS-650KM) psu. Fully Modular psu with a PWM Silent Fan.

If i were to upgrade to a gtx 670, would a 650W still be okay?

Also, what about PSUs with only the 24pin and the 8pin as pre-attached and the rest modular?

Thanks for all the help guys!

Yes a 650W will power your GTX 670. The HX 650 (80+ gold) has the 24 pin and the 8 pin preattached and the rest are modular:
