My motherboard: Asus ROG strix z370-f
Headset : Sennheiser g4me zero (closed back)

So basicly, i hear random buzzing sound in my headset sometimes. Very random accation, about 10minutes ago i can swear i heard radio in theese headsets. Then it went away, and then i started hearing the buzzing sound again.

Only way to get the buzz sound to fade away is to adjust volume down on the headset itself. Is that an indicator that the headset is defect ?

Ive never experienced this before.

Edit: While writing this, ive not heard a single buzz sound. But it happens now and then, its very annoying and i cant figure out what it is.

Isolate the issue. try plugging the headset into another audio source such as a phone and listen for the same occurrence.

...I'm sorry but it could be electrical interference from your PC, faulty wiring in your headset, or a multitude of other issues.

My guess is the electricity from the wall isnt clean, and somehow causing interfierence. Turns out the guys that built my apartment werent legally to install the electricity here.....

Where do you keep your cellphone? My subwoofer occasionally buzzes if i have my phone on one side of my table, and the loudness of the buzzing is relative to the distance between my phone and the amplifier (cheap ebay amp for car use).

Some days it does not buzz at all. Apparently the phone sends out more interference when it tries to connect to a mobile network, and where i live my phone keeps switching between 3g and 4g, depending on the signal level of the 4g. Wifi does not cause issues in my experience.

Having poor wiring would not help the situation either, though.

I keep it in my pocket or on my mousepad. Ive now also tried to plug it into my phone, no buzzing sounds there.
