How cheap? Are you just playing games? What are your other requirements?

The more information you give us, the more easily and effectively we can help you.

It's also for light school work (documents, browsing, things like that)

@Crunchy Dragon You know laptops right? I'm stumped here.

One would need a decent GPU for Fortnite.

I wouldn't get a laptop with anything below a 1050 for Fortnite. @HayHay says a 1050 is good for Overwatch.

So probably a decent i5 or i7, 8Gb RAM, and a 1050 is what you're looking for.

Not really. Check out the Dell XPS line, some of the midrange laptops from Asus, Acer, and HP.

There are so many models

@Hydra453 For budget gaming laptop, consider Dell 7577/7567(IPS) or Lenovo Y520. Acer Nitro 5, HP Omen 15 and MSI GP are OKish (build quality, cooling). Asus FX and GL series, MSI GL and Clevo N850 are mediocre (especially cooling).

Go for Dell G5/G7 if you need CFL-H CPU. G3 needs tuning for better thermals.

Try to find Clevo W650, it's a good budget option, with desktop CPU too.

Or tell me what you've found

I did try to narrow it down, but I honestly don't look at laptops too much.
