New PC Builder Here

Hello ltt forums, today I'm just looking for a somewhat good pc build for games like Garry's mod, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Fallout: New Vegas, And Pc building simulator. I'm fine with AMD or Intel. If you can find one under 750 Dollars USD that would be preferable but I'm willing to good up to a thousand USD. The links to the game will be below

OS and Monitor included. Will run games mentioned nicely

You can add a GPU later on for better performance. also you can double the ram later on to 16 GB, but for the time being it will be sufficient.

the PC will be ready for future upgrades
