Tomorrow I'm going with my friend, he want new case for his system & after checking in local store web sites I chose those 2 cases, but can't decide which one is better, so can you help with choosing?

is there a budget? 

If so i suggest getting a Corsair 300R

 

If i had to choose between the two listed i say get the Zalman. Looks more....mature

Have you taken a look at the Source cases from NZXT?

NXZT cases ain't available in our local stores, non Corsair.

I would get that Zalman case if it isn't too much more expensive. But that is just my opinion

Zalman is only 5$ more, so it's not problem :)

Overall, I think also Zalman is better option.

It gonna cost 57$ here for us.

Why not shop online?

It costs far more [almost twice] for products which has weight.
