You are in Windows advanced startup. 

Have you done anything to your computer prior to this issue? (eg, Change Hard drive, Re-install windows, mess with system files)

 

if you have a windows 10 boot drive, i would try using that as a repair drive and attempt to start it. That is always a good place to start.
