RAM question

So I got this crucial 4gb clock at 1333mhz

And have a PNY 4gb clock at 1066mhz

If I put them in the same computer will they both work correctly

The first stick will downclock to 1066Mhz but yes it will work.

i wouldn't guarantee that it will definitely work .. it might work .. he could try it out, i would probably just buy another 4GB 1333 mhz ram stick though ..

also the ram sticks should probably be the same voltage, if you want to avoid undervolting and whatnot to make it work.
