Anyone have the source code for an android emulator? (settled)

I have extremely bad wifi, literally peaking at 15 kbs at times. Downloading anything can takes days and even weeks for larger downloads. I'm looking for anyone that has the source code for an android emulator (or the installer for one) That way i only have to download a text document rather than the full thing to save me time.

A program needs more than code to run. And you can't have the source code of most of the programs. Also the .exe extracts the files needed to run the program.

You'd have to have all that went into that exe, and compile it. That is gonna be a lot more to download than the exe itself.
