Windows not installing

I just made my friend a new pc but it won't install windows from the usb disk drive that we have. On a gigabyte b360 motherboard, we start the boot and it just goes back to the aorus logo and sits there not doing anything please help.

Is it set to boot to the USB drive in the BIOS?

 

Usually you have to open the boot menu and choose to boot to the USB drive, it's not going to do that automatically.
