Possible ITX Build

So I had just about decided on this when I realised that it's a tight fit on my desk, so I have made this which is slightly cheaper and would fit perfectly on my desk, I just need to know if it is all fine, I already checked the dimensions but am a little unsure about the motherboard

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

For the dimensions you are good.

On the parts side just bear in mind that you are getting a board based on the H310 chipset which means no overclocking capabilities so it's kind of a waste to get a 8600K CPU. Difference in price with the non-K version is negligible but if you do not want to overclock you might even go down to the i5-8400 as the difference in performance will be minimal.

Thanks for the advice but I really like having the best cpu for some tasks like universe sandbox 2 and video rendering (not often) and no i'm not overclocking, the cpu is also to outdo mate who has an old i7
