Gtx 1060 overclocking help

Hi everyone, im kind of new here in the world of overclocking and i wanted to ask for some help here. I managed to overclock my zotac gtx 1060 mini with +190 gpu clock // +510 on the memory clock and power to 116% . i did this without raising the voltage limit because as soon as i do that i hit the power limit. So, i have some questions, is it bad for performance to hit the power limit? What does it mean to get to the power limit? Did i find the limit of my card? i have I've seen 1060's getting to +225 on the core and +700 on the memory.

Anyway thank you guys.

Note: my temperatures are well undercontrol.

This means nothing, as each graphics card brand type has different stock speeds than others. You will have to give your overclock frequency not how much you have added. My gtx 1060 6gb EVGA gaming stock speeds are different than your zotac stock speeds.

My understanding, power limit would be the max power draw you card can hit before it throttles down. It is not bad however, if you card draws too much power it could burn up. Think of this and the temp limit as a hard ceiling, as your graphics card approaches the ceiling it slows down and maintains a level right below to keep gaming experience as smooth as possible. If you card ran full speed into the ceiling it would come to an abrupt stop, probably causing huge frame dips in game that would be really noticeable.
