PC Problem

Guys, i really need help, when i turn on my PC, the HDD LED blink in 2 second then, its stop blinking and my monitor also not show anything.

Do the fans turn on? Do you hear any beeps? Have you tried using integrated graphics instead of your GPU?

SYSTEM SPECS: Finally ditched the Pentium N3540, now I've got the following:

 

CPU - Ryzen 5 2400G

GPU - 1060 6GB Gigabyte G1 Gaming

RAM - 16GB DDR4 3000mhz Team T-Force Delta RGB

MOTHERBOARD - MSI B350 Tomahawk

PSU - EVGA 450BT

CASE - PHANTEKS  P350X

yup, all fans are turn on and all lights also. im not sure that, my board don't have integrated graphics, but i try using another gpu but still same. i suspect my motherboard or psu issue.

Sorry Sir, this is my first time use this forum. the fans will stay on until i turn off the pc by keep pressing on button , my specs:

 

CPU: AMD FX QUADCORE 4100

MB: MSI 97A-G43

GPU: ZOTAX GTX 650

RAM: 4X2, each different brand

PSU: 500W

HDD: WD Blue Drive 500gb
