HELP with led stripes

HI,

recently I bought 2 led strips of 25 cm each connected via molex but I am a bit disappointed, when the computer turn on they have a high brightness but a second later it decreases, should I leave 1 cable of the PSU only for the led strips?

PSU EVGA 700w 80+ bronze

Being that you have a 700w psu it shouldn't be a lack of power but you might as well try what you suggested.
