Hi all,

I am facing some issues with MSI Afterburner!

It doesn't show  the GPU temp in the Afterburner, and it shows 405 MHz for the base core clock, instead of 135 MHz,while idling!

It shows the GPU temp, and 135 MHz of the core clock only if I run some program like GPU-Z at the moment, when I close it,it doesn't show the GPU temp, and it stucks at 405 MHz again!

But the clocks are stable in the OSD while gaming.

My GPU is Nvidia GTX 960 M.

Edit: Evga Precision XOC shows the GPU temp in the window, and also shows the 135 MHz of the base core clock!

Please help me!

Thanks to all in advance!

Best regards!

I don't see the issue with a slightly higher idle clock. However, you can definitely try a fresh driver install (clean install) and reinstall afterburner as a first step

Thank you for replying!

I have tried with installing drivers, reinstalling them, even reinstalling the Windows, but nothing helped.

Is there some another way for resolving of these issues?

Might just be Afterburner reading it wrong, not unheard of. If you say that precision XOC works then it's best to just use that and leave it unless you really dedicate no value to your time

I unistalled the Precison XOC,because when I scanned the hardware for errors with the Lenovo Diagnostics,it showed me a warning for the stress test of the Intel HD Graphics 530!

So I decided to reinstall the Afterburner again!

Edit: After I uninstalled the Precison XOC,I scanned the hardware again, and the warning has gone!
