Hi so i have this all in one pc, its a acer aspire z3-105. Its a pretty bad pc and is only supposed to be really used for the internet and photos. I was wondering if i could upgrade it with a graphics card using one of those external gpus (not thunderbolt 3). I know lots of people say just build one your own but i don't have the money currently and can only afford this option.

Best way to see how is to take it apart and look for a mpcie port.

Setup:

Name: Ryzentosh

 AMD Ryzen 5 1600

Sapphire AMD Radeon RX 570 8GB

MSI B350 PC Mate

Corsair Spec-01

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 2400mhz

Kingston A400 120GB

Seagate Barracuda 2TB

Thermaltake Smart RGB Series 600W

Be Quite! Pure Wings 2

I know it does because it has a wifi card.

Take it apart and look for another one but if you are fine with a USB wifi card then go ahad and buy an adapter but be warned their are bandwidth issues and your computer will not be able to take full advantage of a high end gpu so don't buy a high end one and just go for a GT 1030, GTX 1050, or a AMD Radeon 550

Also i have one more question, would something like this even work https://www.amazon.ca/Relper-Lineso-Powered-Riser-Adapter-Extension/dp/B071LQFCN4/ref=pd_sim_147_1?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B071LQFCN4&pd_rd_r=NB4HCNWKJCNANFQM27XB&pd_rd_w=5Z3mb&pd_rd_wg=52nkM&psc=1&refRID=NB4HCNWKJCNANFQM27XB.

It says that it is ment for gpu mining but i was wondering if it would work just as good as this onehttps://www.amazon.ca/Relper-Lineso-Powered-Riser-Adapter-Extension/dp/B071LQFCN4/ref=pd_sim_147_1?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B071LQFCN4&pd_rd_r=NB4HCNWKJCNANFQM27XB&pd_rd_w=5Z3mb&pd_rd_wg=52nkM&psc=1&refRID=NB4HCNWKJCNANFQM27XB.
