I think a Ryzen 2600x with an B350/X370 board would be best for you. Just need to make sure to find one that has the BIOS update to support the new Ryzen chips as natively they do not.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 2600X 3.6GHz 6-Core Processor  ($209.99 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG - H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler  ($34.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus - STRIX B350-F GAMING ATX AM4 Motherboard  ($99.89 @ B&H)
Total: $344.87
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

@Skiiwee29 Thanks for the reply! I prefer to go with intel but I will do some research thanks!

If you're set on Intel, your best option would probably be to shell out for an 8700K and Z370.
