Probably the i5 that's causing it, to stream PUBG reliably you need more than 4 cores

When i stream to twitch, I use 720P at 60fps. When i play csgo or overwatch my stream runs smoothly at 60 fps. But when I play a game like PUBG my framed will be at 60fps but then drop to 10fps and i have to tab out and back in which only fixes it for a few minutes. In game in PUBG i get 90-100 fps but on stream it drops a lot. Does anyone know if there's a fix. I stream with OBS

 

PC Specs:

GTX 1050

i5-7600k

8GB DDR4 Ram at 2400 MT/s
